What you'll do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs, ensuring that our projects align with Bamboohr's strategic goals.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions that enhance our product offerings and customer experience.
Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Assist in the analysis of market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Support the implementation of new technologies and processes that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture by sharing insights, challenges, and successes.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role, demonstrating a track record of successful project management and collaboration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as familiarity with data analysis tools.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

Experience in the tech industry or a startup environment, with an understanding of agile methodologies.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user-centered design processes.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO and social media.
Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
A passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to a company that values creativity and forward-thinking.

Skills & tools

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Experience with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development concepts is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
