What you'll do
Insights about constraints and workflows shape deployment strategies that fit how customers actually operate. Collaboration with Product and Engineering defines scope, sequences dependencies, and removes barriers to keep launches on track. Partnerships with operations, IT, and leadership build alignment and accountability across stakeholder groups. Evidence from live deployments feeds product improvements and platform abstractions over time. Risks are surfaced early and driven to resolution before they impact customers. Playbooks, templates, and processes are built and refined to scale delivery as the platform grows.
Requirements
You bring 3-6+ years of experience in deployment, implementation, solutions, or technical program management within customer-facing roles. A Bachelor's degree is required for this position. Experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder rollouts in production settings is necessary. Comfort with systems thinking and technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, and workflows must guide your work. You translate ambiguous requirements into concrete plans and measurable outcomes. Communication serves both technical and non-technical audiences effectively. Organizing and managing multiple parallel initiatives demonstrates strong organizational discipline.
Practical notes
The team works in-office four days per week, with Monday to Friday available and Wednesday optional for WFH, based in San Francisco, California or New York, New York. Direct experience with healthcare software deployment strengthens suitability for the role. Typical interview steps
