Brand & Integrated Marketing Lead, Europe
Job description
About the role
Lovable is looking for a seasoned brand marketer with a distinctly European perspective to partner with the head of brand marketing. The purpose of this role is to continue evolving the brand and shaping campaigns that do more than buy impressions. Instead, these campaigns should travel organically and generate genuine conversation among audiences. This is fundamentally a planner's role that carries a marketer's accountability for outcomes. The person in this position will split their working time between two core crafts: the thinking work of cultural research, strategy development, and creative briefing, and the doing work of orchestrating integrated campaigns and directing awareness media through external agency partners. The scope of the role is global, even though the hire must be based in Stockholm and have direct experience launching campaigns across European markets.

- Partner with the head of brand marketing to continuously refine and advance the overall brand strategy as the company grows.
- Work closely with the brand design team to build and steward brand systems that keep Lovable consistent and distinct during rapid scaling.
- Serve as the headquarters champion for the brand, helping educate every team across the company on how to best represent and embody the brand.
