What you'll do

Coordinate the daily execution of UMI activities for crews performing critical electrical and mechanical work in Franklin.

Plan and communicate daily field focus, ensuring trench protection and site logistics support safe and compliant operations under OSHA standards.

Guide crew sequencing and resource planning to secure manpower, materials, and equipment availability for each shift.

Interpret bid documents and construction outputs to clarify scope, identify potential issues, and minimize rework on active projects.

Requirements

You must hold a minimum of five years of hands-on superintendent experience on industrial projects.

You must be capable of directing crews of twelve people while maintaining clear communication and strong oversight at all times.

You must demonstrate proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office to track progress and present accurate reports.

You must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record suitable for field assignments.

You must have completed OSHA 30 training to ensure a strong foundation in workplace safety practices.
