What you'll do
- Analyze project scope and schedules to identify critical paths, resource conflicts, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Oversee mechanical construction activities for mission critical and power industries, ensuring all work meets contractual and regulatory standards.
- Investigate and resolve field issues, documenting impacts on budget, quality, and timeline for accurate project reporting.
- Respond to subcontractor inquiries and resolve escalated field issues that affect cost, quality, or project schedule.
- Supervise daily labor performance, providing clear direction, coaching, and feedback to crew members across all shifts.
- Verify that completed work conforms to contract specifications, quality standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety and environmental protocols, conducting regular checks to maintain compliance on every project.
- Coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractor deployments in collaboration with project subordinates and other Loenbro entities to optimize efficiency.

Requirements
- Bring a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in construction of large-scale commercial projects to this role.
- Demonstrate at least 7 years of proven leadership managing mechanical craft trades in demanding field environments.
- Show direct experience on data center or mission critical projects where uptime and reliability are paramount.
- Operate proficiently with all Microsoft Office products for reporting, scheduling, and communication tasks.
- Successfully complete OSHA 30 or an equivalent comprehensive safety training program before project start.
- Commit to travel at least 75% of the time to various project locations as required by operational needs.
- Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, ensuring safe and reliable transportation for duties.
- Maintain the ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, multi-team construction environments.
- Comply with all company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
