Guiding field teams to execute pre-job plans with consistent discipline and clarity.

Capturing one hundred percent of project scope before mobilization through structured reviews.

Refining feedback loops that connect past estimates, live projects, and completed jobs.

Aligning processes, systems, and people to company standards before any work starts.

Driving installation standards in the field so rework stays minimal and predictable.

Coordinating VDC and total station teams to deliver accurate models and precise field layouts.

Leading prefab teams to produce quality components that boost project performance and safety.

Owning the purchasing process so buyouts remain complete, transparent, and on schedule.

Tracking layout and control takeoff metrics to surface risks early and adjust plans quickly.

Monitoring pre-job planning meeting metrics and quarterly annual reviews to drive improvements.

Coordinating material delivery windows to ensure the right resources arrive at the right time.

Translating project requirements into detailed sequences of work for each trade discipline.

Facilitating cross-functional discussions to resolve scheduling conflicts and resource constraints.

Championing the use of technology to manage complex project information and documentation.

Requirements

You bring four years or more of electrical field experience and four years or more in management.

You understand electrical construction processes and industry regulations deeply in your decision making.

You exercise sound business judgment with strong decisions, clear verbal communication, and solid conflict resolution.

You negotiate effectively, communicate with clarity, and build strong relationships across teams and partners.

You lead with excellent interpersonal skills, building and guiding high-performing regional crews over time.

You stay organized while multitasking, setting priorities, scheduling work, and following deadlines reliably.

You approach problem solving entrepreneurially, driven by urgency and a get the job done mindset.

You are technology and computer proficient, using tools to manage complex project information.

You have experience using BIM or VDC and prefabrication to improve accuracy and speed.

Experience in project management strengthens your ability to coordinate complex initiatives.

You must be able to pass a background check and meet all company compliance standards.

You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

You must reside in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa metropolitan area.

You must commit to the full duration of the engagement with a reliable schedule.

Practical notes

This is a full-time, exempt role based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, United States. The position reports directly to the Director of Planning and Integration. Compensation is set at $120,000.00 per year. The engagement requires on-site presence and adherence to standard working hours as defined by the company. Travel may be required between project sites within the Midwest region as needed. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and verification of legal work authorization in the United States. Candidates must reside in the Cedar Rapids area to be considered for this position.
