About the role
The Senior Manager, Corporate Finance Integration will own the end to end financial and operational integration of acquired companies from initial assessment through full value realization. This role is responsible for leading cross functional integration teams and ensuring that all financial processes, systems, and controls are aligned with Loenbro standards. The hire will act as the primary point of contact for integration planning, driving consistency across accounting, FP A, treasury, tax, and reporting functions. They will translate acquisition strategy into actionable integration plans while managing execution risks and dependencies. This position requires deep expertise in due diligence, process harmonization, and post merger integration best practices. The Senior Manager will partner closely with finance leadership to deliver timely insights and support strategic decision making. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to integrate businesses seamlessly while preserving value and reinforcing Loenbro standards.

What you'll do
Drive the end to end financial integration of acquired companies, covering financial reporting, accounting, FP A, treasury, tax, and internal controls.
Develop and manage detailed integration workstreams, establishing timelines, milestones, and risk registers to track progress and dependencies.
Harmonize financial policies, internal control frameworks, reporting requirements, banking structures, and insurance programs across acquired entities.
Perform comprehensive financial and operational due diligence on target companies to uncover risks, synergies, and critical integration factors.
Lead financial systems integration activities, including ERP migrations, chart of accounts mapping, data conversion, and process standardization.
Partner with senior finance stakeholders to provide analytical support for planning, forecasting, and reporting during the integration lifecycle.
Oversee the design and implementation of controls to ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistency with Loenbro finance standards.
Coordinate cross functional collaboration to resolve integration issues and remove blockers that could delay value realization.
Monitor integration progress against defined KPIs, adjusting plans as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
Translate acquisition objectives into practical integration steps that enable seamless business operations and financial performance.
Serve as a bridge between acquisition teams and functional leaders to align on priorities and integration roadmaps.
Provide guidance and mentorship to integration team members, promoting a high performance and collaborative environment.
Maintain clear documentation of integration processes, decisions, and outcomes to support audit readiness and future initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvement of integration methodologies, tools, and playbooks to enhance execution at scale.
Represent Loenbro in external discussions with vendors, regulators, and partners as required for integration success.
Requirements
U.S. work authorization is required for this position, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of progressive professional experience in finance, accounting, corporate development, acquisitions integration, or related disciplines is required.
Direct experience leading post merger integration initiatives and performing financial due diligence is essential.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, U.S. GAAP, and ERP systems is required.
Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage complex timelines and cross functional dependencies.
Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders at multiple levels in a matrixed organization.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking capabilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights.
A bias for action and results orientation, with the discipline to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

This is a full-time position based onsite in Westminster, Colorado.
Travel may be required as part of integration activities and stakeholder engagements.
