Job Summary
Loenbro is seeking an experienced and operationally minded Regional Workforce Development Manager to join our Learning & Development team within People Operations. This role sits at the heart of Loenbro's investment in its craft workforce, owning the full spectrum of workforce development and training operations across an assigned region. The Regional Workforce Development Manager is responsible for ensuring that the right people are assessed, credentialed, developed, and supported to perform at the highest level on Loenbro job sites.
Reporting to the Director of Workforce Development, this leader will manage a geographically distributed team of Craft Trainers and Assessors embedded across job sites, training facilities, and warehouse locations throughout their region. While Loenbro maintains centralized training standards and content through Loenbro University, this role is responsible for regional execution, oversight, and any region-specific training design required to meet local project and workforce needs. This is a high-travel, high-impact role for someone who is craft-minded, operationally disciplined, and deeply committed to developing talent.

What You Will Do
Drive intake workflows to align talent identification with regional project schedules and competency needs.
Build training pathways that translate standards from Loenbro University into site-ready skill applications.
Review assessment outcomes to refine evaluation tools and ensure fair, consistent credentialing for every craft role.
Ship capable teams by coordinating schedules, travel, and logistics so job sites stay covered without delay.
Partner with local project leaders to co-create solutions that match regional demands and workforce capacity.
Champion safety and quality practices so every worker understands expectations and support mechanisms.
Map career progression for individuals, tying growth opportunities to demonstrated skills and project requirements.
Guide continuous improvement by analyzing performance data and updating regional programs based on feedback.
Key Facts
Requirements
You must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and bring 3-5 years in workforce development or related roles.
You must have 3-5 years of experience managing regional operations and proven ability to lead distributed teams.
You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for this position.
Nice to Have
Experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial settings preferred.
