• You will be a key member of our project management team, responsible for overseeing and managing the technical aspects of mission-critical and data center projects.
• Your expertise in electrical engineering and project management will contribute to the successful execution of projects.</p> <p><strong>Essential Job Responsibilities </strong></p> <ul> <li>Project Planning: Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.</li> <li>Technical Expertise: Utilize your electrical engineering knowledge to design, review, and ensure the proper installation of electrical systems, adhering to industry standards and best practices.</li> <li>Documentation: Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and reports.</li> <li>Coordination: Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the smooth execution of projects.</li> <li>Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure that all work meets safety regulations and quality standards.</li> <li>Problem Solving: Address technical challenges and issues as they arise during the project, proposing effective solutions.</li> <li>Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide technical support and expertise as needed.</li> </ul> <p><em>Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.</em></p> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>Required: </strong></p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of experience as a project engineer, preferably in the electrical construction industry or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field (preferred).</li> <li>Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles.</li> <li>Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li> <li>Commitment to safety and quality.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment</strong></p> <p>The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
