What you'll do
Charting intake workflows to verify apprentice readiness and align new hires with program standards before training begins.
Designing and delivering bilingual learning modules in English and Latin American Spanish that explain NEC updates and NFPA 70e requirements clearly.
Building structured practice sessions that reinforce safe behaviors, tool familiarity, and job-site expectations for every participant.
Reviewing assessment data to pinpoint knowledge gaps and adjusting lesson plans so each cohort progresses at a steady pace.
Coordinating certification schedules and re-certification tracking so every learner completes required credentials on time.
Shipping finished training outcomes by documenting skill mastery, maintaining accurate logs, and preparing reports for leadership review.
Partnering with field supervisors to align training with real-world projects and ensure seamless application of skills on site.
Supporting continuous improvement by testing new teaching methods, refining materials, and sharing best practices across training teams.
Maintaining a professional, supportive classroom environment where feedback is welcomed, questions are encouraged, and safety is non-negotiable.
Guiding hiring and progression decisions by evaluating performance, recommending growth paths, and mentoring emerging talent.
Requirements
You must hold a current electrician license and demonstrate advanced electrical knowledge through practical application and teaching ability.
You must have at least 3 years of experience as an electrician and proven success explaining technical concepts to adult learners in a training setting.
You must be fluent in both English and Latin American Spanish to deliver instruction, assessments, and mentorship effectively.
You must be comfortable managing multiple states, handling paperwork, and coordinating schedules for diverse apprentice cohorts.
You must understand NCCER curriculum, KPIs, and certification processes to ensure compliance and accurate record keeping.
You must be able to pass a background check and meet any regulatory or customer-specific requirements for site access.
You must adhere to all company safety policies, quality standards, and procedural controls in every training activity you perform.
You must maintain reliable communication with program leadership, field partners, and participants to ensure alignment and transparency.
