You will direct and coordinate the daily activities of the coatings and surface preparation department at the Riggs Fabrication Shop. Requirements

• Possess the ability to coordinate crews and tasks independently in a busy shop environment without direct supervision.
• Understand and correctly apply SSPC standards to surface preparation and coatings in all assigned work.
• Hold a minimum of three years of hands-on blaster and painter experience within fabrication or similar industrial settings.
• Demonstrate compliance with pre-employment screening requirements as mandated by Loenbro.
• Adhere strictly to site rules, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
• Show consistency in performing duties that require attention to detail, physical stamina, and reliability.
• Meet the eligibility criteria for full-time engagement in the state of Arizona as defined by the hiring entity.
