What you'll do
Conduct requirements gathering and vendor selection to steer HR systems architecture and long-term roadmap.
Enable reporting, analytics, and insights through HR systems to inform data-driven decisions for client stakeholders.
Provide configuration, testing, and deployment oversight to ensure HR technology solutions function as intended.
Design and deliver modern, human-centric HR solutions that enhance workplace experiences and support organizational objectives.
Collaborate with livingHR Principals and client stakeholders to drive delivery excellence and strategic alignment on project goals.
Maintain billable work tracking and project documentation to provide transparency and clarity for client engagements.
Implement change management and training initiatives to drive adoption of HR platforms for effective use across organizations.
Evaluate emerging HR technology trends to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation within client environments.
Perform system integrations and data migration planning to ensure seamless functionality and integrity of HR platforms.
Support the development of process documentation and user guides to facilitate clear communication and system usability.
Conduct quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
Provide ongoing advisory support to address questions and refine HR technology strategies as project scopes evolve.
Requirements
Direct client experience in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies demonstrates applied expertise in the field.
Solid internal HR or functional mastery across relevant disciplines supports effective solution design and implementation.
Independent operation in a fast-paced, client-facing environment is essential for managing multiple priorities successfully.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills shape successful engagements and client satisfaction.
Comfort with flexible, project-based work allows navigation of shifting scopes, timelines, and evolving client demands.
HR certifications or platform-specific credentials are preferred when relevant to the scope of work.
