About the role
The Regional HR Manager, UK will act as the strategic People partner for UK Operations, embedding Hims & Hers' mission to normalize health and wellness challenges while delivering affordable, accessible, and personal care. This role owns the design and execution of People practices that enable UK Operations to scale responsibly and sustainably. You will translate the global Operations People model into a locally compliant and practical framework that supports fast growth. You will coach leaders, solve complex employee issues, and build organizational capability grounded in UK employment practice. Success in this role requires equal parts business insight, judgment, and a builder's mindset to establish the foundations for long-term operational success. You will represent UK Operations within the broader People organization to influence policies and programs that serve a growing, regulated business.

What you'll do
Partner with UK Operations leaders to architect and build the organization, leadership capability, and People practices required to support a scaling business.
Collaborate closely with the existing UK People team to integrate local employment expertise with Hims' Operations People model, ensuring a consistent and seamless experience for leaders and employees.
Coach leaders through performance, employee relations, organizational change, and day-to-day leadership challenges using practical, business-focused judgment and a solutions-oriented approach.
Identify operational and people risks early, helping leaders make timely, informed decisions and resolve problems before they escalate.
Establish practical, scalable People processes and frameworks that enable business growth while remaining fully aligned with UK employment legislation and local ways of working.
Use workforce data, operational insight, and business priorities to influence decisions around staffing, organizational design, and future-state workforce planning.
Build strong, proactive partnerships across Operations, UK People, Legal, and global Centers of Excellence to remove roadblocks and enable critical business outcomes.
Continuously improve how the People function supports UK Operations by simplifying processes, removing complexity, and creating scalable ways of working.
Represent UK Operations within the broader People organization, advocating for programs, policies, and priorities that reflect the realities of a growing, regulated operation.
Apply sound judgment and business acumen to balance employee experience, operational needs, and strategic priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Leverage workforce data and operational metrics to drive evidence-based decisions that enhance People practices and operational efficiency.
Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning within the People team and across UK leadership.
Support the implementation of end-to-end People processes, from talent acquisition and onboarding to development, engagement, and retention.
Act as a trusted advisor to both leadership and employees, navigating ambiguity and complexity with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
Requirements
Bring 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with significant background in Operations, manufacturing, fulfillment, pharmacy, logistics, or other fast-paced operational environments.
Demonstrate strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation and the ability to navigate employee relations matters with sound judgment and a practical, business-focused approach.
Show a proven track record of partnering with senior business leaders to solve complex organizational and people challenges within a growing business.
Have experience building or scaling People practices, processes, or organizational capability in a rapidly evolving and regulated environment.
Prove ability to influence decisions, build trusted relationships, and work effectively across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
Exhibit strong business acumen, balancing employee experience, operational needs, and business priorities while maintaining compliance and operational integrity.
Possess excellent judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
