Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Retention
Job description
About the role
Little Spoon was founded on the belief that today's parents are different-equal parts more time-strapped and more food-savvy than ever. We set out to disrupt a century-old category with products and an experience that delivers on what the modern parent deserves. The company is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Retention to own the retention lifecycle strategy. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional position. The candidate stepping into this role will be the definitive retention expert in every room, shaping the what, why, and next of lifecycle initiatives based on a deep understanding of the Little Spoon customer journey. You will set the strategy for Little Spoon's automated retention programs, managing the journey from initial concept through post-launch optimization. This involves owning programs end-to-end with zero gaps, including ideation, briefing, segmentation, implementation, quality assurance, launch, monitoring, and readout. You will drive a test-and-learn agenda focused on company-level retention metrics such as order rate, skip behavior, churn, and LTV. Colleagues across the organization will view you as the immediate go-to person for retention journeys, able to explain setup, audience, logic, and performance on demand. You will proactively shape cross-functional discussions on lifecycle retention before being formally invited into the room. This includes managing timelines and blockers transparently, surfacing delays and scope changes to pod leads and leadership early. You will ensure alignment between off-site messaging and in-account experiences, creating a coherent customer flow. Close collaboration with Data and Analytics is required to design rigorous experiments with proper measurement guardrails and success criteria. You will also partner with creative and copy teams to develop high-performance lifecycle communications.
