About the role
This position is focused on connecting client relationships with operational execution to drive revenue growth, onboard advertisers onto the Life360 platform, and explore new business opportunities. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with advertisers, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and contributing to the expansion of the platform's capabilities. The role involves working closely with sales teams, client success managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure clients' needs are met and that the platform's offerings are effectively communicated and utilized. You will play a key role in identifying market trends, providing feedback to product teams, and supporting the overall growth strategy of Life360's advertising solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the United States, with a focus on expanding the platform's reach within targeted markets and industries.

What you'll do
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities by assessing incoming leads and market trends, and reach out proactively to potential clients to expand the advertiser base on the self-service platform. Your focus will be on outer markets and independent agencies, helping to grow the platform's footprint in these segments.
- Support the sales development process through consistent outreach efforts including calls, emails, meetings, and presentations designed to generate new revenue streams and increase platform adoption among prospective clients.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process for Life360's self-service platform, assisting them with campaign setup, configuration, and initial execution to ensure a smooth transition and successful campaign launches.
- Monitor ongoing campaign performance, analyzing key metrics to ensure clients are meeting their goals. Provide strategic recommendations for optimization and troubleshooting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with advertisers and agencies by understanding their marketing objectives, challenges, and needs. Offer tailored native advertising and content marketing solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Life360's ad platform.
- Support client retention efforts by providing ongoing education about platform features, new product offerings, and best practices. Engage in proactive outreach to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, thereby contributing to revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Planners, Account Executives, and Client Success Managers to capture self-service leads, address client needs effectively, and relay valuable product feedback to internal teams.
- Represent Life360 at client meetings, industry events, and presentations, promoting the platform's value proposition and unique features. Your presence will help strengthen client relationships and increase platform visibility in the marketplace.
- Work with your sales leader to gather real-time client feedback, industry insights, and competitive intelligence. Use this information to inform the platform's development roadmap and strategic planning efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, campaign data, and sales activities within CRM tools to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Use data analysis skills to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging advertising technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance your knowledge and effectiveness in the role.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience in digital media, media sales, programmatic advertising, or SaaS. Prior experience in a client-facing role is highly valued.
- Demonstrated familiarity with native advertising, media sales, and ad tech platforms, with a solid understanding of how these components work together within digital marketing ecosystems.
- Knowledge of Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) or self-service advertising platforms such as Meta or LinkedIn is required. Experience using these platforms to manage campaigns and analyze performance is essential.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams. Experience supporting clients through onboarding and campaign management is preferred.
- A good understanding of digital advertising fundamentals, including campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting. A desire to deepen knowledge of self-service platform operations is important.
- Proven ability to prospect in new markets, identify potential clients, and build relationships quickly. Self-motivation and a proactive approach are key to success in this role.
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, data analysis, and interpreting campaign performance metrics. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, business, or related disciplines.
