Key facts
What you'll do
You will build deep, lasting relationships with our existing and future customers by understanding their unique procurement contexts and challenges. You will advise and support the implementation of Levelpath to our customers, ensuring smooth adoption and real business impact. You will help plan, build, optimize, and scale our processes, assets, and systems, including tools like Zendesk and Salesforce, for serving enterprise accounts efficiently. You will develop best practice guides and product documentation that are clear and actionable to share directly with customers and stakeholders. You will identify champions and build relationships with key business stakeholders within accounts to create strong internal sponsorship. You will drive new solution offerings to our customers by working directly with the sales team to shape conversations and opportunities. You will bring new products to market by collaborating closely with the product and engineering teams to align on value and feasibility. You will represent the voice of your customers in product asks, translating real needs into product requirements. You will drive and support customer health via adoption metrics, tracking progress and highlighting opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate with customers to determine their success metrics and translate their feedback into actionable product feedback for our development team.
Requirements
You bring 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in a direct customer-facing role such as customer success, implementation, or solutions consulting. You have B2B SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment, which has taught you how to navigate complex sales cycles and stakeholder landscapes. You hold a BA or BS, demonstrating a foundational commitment to learning and professional growth. You are someone who demonstrates empathy, patience, and a sense of urgency when supporting customers through critical procurement moments. You are a strong problem-solver with attention to detail, ensuring that every interaction builds trust and accuracy. You have stellar organizational skills and a track record of improving processes to save time and reduce friction for teams. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to explain sophisticated procurement tools in clear, practical terms. You show adaptability and the ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. You are comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once without losing sight of critical deliverables. You can communicate effectively with stakeholders across product and engineering, bridging gaps between technical and business language. You have an effective collaboration and self-starter mindset, taking ownership of outcomes even when working independently. You are available for some travel when the time comes to visit your customers and build deeper relationships in person.
Nice to have
Experience working directly within procurement or finance technology environments is preferred, as it provides context for the problems customers face. Familiarity with procurement workflows, sourcing, and contracting terminology will help you engage more effectively with enterprise stakeholders. Comfort working with data, reporting, and adoption metrics will enable you to show clear value to customers and internal teams. Experience creating documentation, playbooks, or training materials for internal and external audiences is valued. An understanding of how Salesforce and Zendesk operate in enterprise settings will help you contribute faster to process and system improvements.
Practical notes
This is a full-time position based out of our New York City office. Some travel will be required when it is necessary to visit customers and support their success. You must be available to work in alignment with business needs and team collaboration windows. This role reports to the Solutions team and works closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
