What you'll do
- Build deep, lasting relationships with our existing and future customers by understanding their strategic priorities and procurement realities.
- Advise and support the implementation of Levelpath, guiding customers through configuration, adoption, and realization of platform value.
- Help plan, build, optimize, and scale our processes, assets, and systems, including Zendesk and Salesforce, to serve enterprise accounts efficiently.
- Develop best practice guides and product documentation that clarify workflows, enable self-service, and support customer success.
- Identify champions and build relationships with key business stakeholders within customer accounts to drive alignment and sponsorship.
- Drive new solution offerings to our customers by collaborating directly with the sales team on needs, positioning, and proof points.
- Bring new products to market by partnering closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into executable solutions.
- Represent the voice of the customer in product asks, ensuring roadmap decisions reflect real-world procurement challenges and opportunities.
- Drive and support customer health via adoption metrics, usage patterns, and outcome tracking to ensure ongoing value.
- Collaborate with customers to define their success metrics and translate their feedback into actionable input for our development team.
- Maintain a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to documentation, scoping, and communications across all customer interactions.
- Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and cross-functional requirements so solutions remain robust and scalable.
- Partner with customer success and delivery teams to align timelines, expectations, and handoffs for smooth implementations.
- Continuously refine your own playbooks, toolsets, and methodologies based on results and evolving best practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a sense of urgency when supporting customers through complex procurement initiatives.
- Bring a minimum of 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a direct customer-facing role such as customer success, implementation, or solutions consulting.
- Show a proven track record of problem-solving with meticulous attention to detail in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Hold a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Exhibit stellar organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to improve processes, tools, and workflows.
- Comfortably manage multiple workstreams, shifting priorities, and competing deadlines without compromising quality.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where agility, adaptability, and resilience are essential.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, and customer success functions.
- Maintain an effective collaboration and self-starter mindset, taking initiative to drive projects forward with limited supervision.
- Be available for some travel when the time comes to visit customers and deepen relationships on-site.
- Have experience working with B2B SaaS products in high-velocity, enterprise-focused environments.
- Comfortably navigate procurement terminology, processes, and stakeholder dynamics across complex organizations.
- Commit to representing Levelpath's values and standards in all customer interactions and internal partnerships.
Nice to have
- Experience developing and delivering training, enablement content, or customer workshops.
- Familiarity with procurement workflows, sourcing, contracting, or payment processes.
- Background working with global enterprise customers across multiple regions or time zones.
- Knowledge of CRM and ticketing systems such as Salesforce and Zendesk.
- Contributions to open source, public writing, or community engagement in the procurement or technology space.
Practical notes
