About the role
Levelai is a Series B startup backed by Battery Ventures that focuses on AI-driven customer service solutions. We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to manage our internal systems and optimize the technology that supports our go-to-market teams. In this capacity, you will own the integrity of our revenue operations by designing and monitoring critical workflows that provide full visibility into performance goals across the organization. You will serve as the central point of contact for resolving cross-functional process bottlenecks, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments. A core part of this role involves the comprehensive administration and configuration of our technology stack, which includes Gong, Salesforce, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo, to support our scaling needs. You will be responsible for building and updating dynamic dashboards that track revenue performance and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making at every level. Additionally, you will contribute directly to Deal Desk operations, sales forecasting, commission planning, and internal enablement initiatives, ensuring that all teams have the accurate information required to succeed. You will also provide technical troubleshooting and training for end-users regarding our software platforms, fostering a high level of proficiency and adoption across the organization.

What you'll do
- Architect and maintain operational workflows for go-to-market teams to ensure visibility into performance goals and identify areas for optimization.
- Analyze and resolve process bottlenecks while improving communication protocols between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments.
- Administer and configure the core technology stack, including Gong, Salesforce, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo, to ensure optimal functionality.
- Construct and update revenue performance dashboards to provide stakeholders with accurate, real-time data-driven insights.
- Provide dedicated support to Deal Desk operations, including sales forecasting, commission planning, and the development of internal enablement materials.
- Deliver technical troubleshooting and training sessions for end-users to maximize the effective use of software platforms and tools.
- Uphold data hygiene, enrichment, and integrity standards across the entire lead lifecycle to maintain accurate and reliable information.
- Evaluate system performance and implement improvements designed to increase scalability and overall operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions within the CRM and marketing platforms.
- Monitor key revenue metrics and generate reports that highlight trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices related to revenue operations and customer data management.
- Leverage data enrichment tools to enhance lead and contact records, improving targeting accuracy and sales outreach effectiveness.
- Support the integration and maintenance of sales and marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Act as a subject matter expert on revenue operations tools and processes, serving as a resource for internal teams.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, with a preferred focus on B2B or SaaS environments.
- Demonstrate a documented history of supporting enterprise-level enablement programs, particularly within remote work environments.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, including the complex management of spreadsheets and the creation of professional presentations.
- Show a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Provide evidence of experience assessing go-to-market effectiveness and presenting data to support performance improvements and strategic shifts.
- Have a solid understanding of marketing operations principles, including funnel management, segmentation strategies, and workflow design.
- Prove the capability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- Display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Are self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Have experience working with CRM and sales automation platforms, with a focus on Salesforce and Hubspot.
- Understand the fundamentals of data analysis and reporting, including the ability to interpret metrics and key performance indicators.
