What you'll do
- Architect daily travel itineraries to optimize coverage of dealerships across Los Angeles and adjacent regions, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked.
- Adapt your communication style fluidly to explain complex finance options to diverse dealer teams, making technical concepts accessible and actionable.
- Analyze performance metrics on a daily basis to identify trends, refine strategies, and improve monthly financial outcomes for your portfolio.
- Manage the end-to-end application lifecycle, meticulously coordinating paperwork and digital processes from initial intake through final approval.
- Support partners during contract reviews by clarifying dense terminology, resolving ambiguities, and ensuring compliance with procedural standards.
- Establish a schedule of recurring check-ins with each dealership to reinforce expectations, build accountability, and solidify procedural understanding.
- Maintain precise and detailed records of every dealership visit, capturing opportunities, concerns, and action items to inform future engagements.
- Share astute market observations that influence how offers are structured and presented to dealers, aligning solutions with real-world conditions.
- Serve as the operational link between Lendbuzz and dealership partners, translating strategic objectives into practical on-ground execution.
- Proactively identify friction points in dealer workflows and collaborate with internal teams to streamline approval processes and reduce bottlenecks.
- Champion the Lendbuzz value proposition during every interaction, reinforcing trust and long-term partnership through consistent excellence.
- Drive incremental growth by identifying untapped dealer segments and persuading them to integrate Lendbuzz solutions into their operations.
- Collaborate with internal support functions to resolve dealer inquiries swiftly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Forecast territory performance accurately, using data to justify resource allocation and demonstrate clear return on investment.
Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates must reside in or be able to relocate to the designated Los Angeles territory to ensure rapid deployment and effective coverage. A minimum of three years of prior experience in auto finance roles is mandatory to navigate the complexities of the dealer environment. You must possess the ability to manage complex information and clearly communicate choices to partners without ambiguity or delay. Willingness to travel frequently and handle a demanding schedule across multiple locations is required to meet and exceed performance targets.
