About the role
You are the chief brand steward for Lemonade, entrusted to articulate and own what the company stands for in every market it touches. You will safeguard the brand's distinct personality and ensure that brand logic sits at the heart of the most consequential strategic choices the company makes. You are expected to operate at the intersection of creativity and operations, turning abstract vision into coherent, scalable brand programs. You will partner deeply with the founders and executive team, translating their ambitions into a clear brand roadmap that others can execute. Your work will shape not just campaigns, but the strategic narrative that defines the company's future.

What you'll do
Define and own the Lemonade brand end-to-end, including positioning, narrative, voice, and brand systems, serving as the final authority on brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints globally.
Act as the company's central brand expert, advising founders, executives, and cross-functional leaders to ensure that key decisions strengthen the brand, the business, and the customer experience in alignment.
Lead the conception and execution of world-class integrated campaigns, overseeing creative direction and serving as the critical link between external directors, production partners, agencies, and internal creative teams.
Own the full production lifecycle for brand and OOH campaigns, managing briefing, vendor coordination, delivery, measurement, and iteration to ensure large-scale creative ships on time and at the required quality.
Drive operational excellence across the creative function by designing and refining systems, processes, and workflows that enable consistent, high-quality output at scale.
