What you'll do

• Develop exceptional, production-ready designs from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring consistency with established design systems and brand standards.
• Engage in clear communication with both clients and team members, effectively presenting design ideas and promptly addressing any feedback received.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design solutions meet both user needs and business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating new ideas into your design work to keep it fresh and innovative.
• Conduct thorough research to understand client requirements and target audiences, ensuring that designs resonate with intended users.
• Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including style guides and design specifications, to facilitate smooth project handoffs.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to help them grow in their roles.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative direction of projects, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, showcasing a strong portfolio of work.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator, demonstrating a high level of proficiency.
• Exceptional design abilities, with a track record of producing high-quality work independently.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English, enabling you to clearly explain design decisions and engage effectively with clients.
• Proven experience in taking full ownership of projects, managing your time efficiently, and consistently meeting deadlines without needing supervision.
• Reliability in fulfilling commitments and proactively communicating any changes or challenges that arise.
• Quick to grasp project requirements and adapt to existing style guides, allowing you to contribute meaningful work shortly after joining.

Nice to have

• Experience with a variety of design tools and methodologies, enhancing your versatility as a designer.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles, which can enrich your design approach and understanding of user-centered design.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or animation, adding an extra dimension to your design skill set.

Skills & tools

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience working with design systems and component architecture, ensuring cohesive design across projects.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools and collaborative platforms that facilitate design workflows.
