About the role
You design and maintain embedded software components that power automated animal farming systems. Your work keeps animals safe, improves food quality, and supports sustainable farming. You write reliable code while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You contribute directly to the company mission of improving farmer lives and animal welfare worldwide.

What you'll do
You design embedded software for automated farming platforms, handling workflows from intake through deployment. You implement data structures inside control modules to ensure reliable production performance. You maintain existing software to remove technical debt and increase long-term stability. You perform design and code reviews along with unit and integration testing to guarantee quality. You deliver small updates through the CI pipeline while actively managing risks. You partner with stakeholders to define and evolve features that advance sustainable agriculture. You ask questions about architecture and document decisions during planning and optimization. You share knowledge in ceremonies and help improve processes during collaboration and support activities.
Requirements
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field. You are confident writing C++ for complex systems in demanding environments. You have experience with Embedded Linux and Git within CI/CD workflows, with attention to security. You actively participate in Agile Scrum teams with clear objectives and risk management practices. You are open to feedback, curious about new ideas, and committed to continuous learning. You raise concerns early and contribute to a supportive team environment.

- Junior developers: between €4,200 and €6,000 gross per month.
- Medior developers: between €5,000 and €7,100 gross per month.
