About the role
You will own the systems, data, and processes that power the global marketing engine as a critical catalyst for the company's North Star. You will lead the strategic migration from Marketo to HubSpot while managing the wider marketing technology stack and delivering robust funnel reporting to optimize ROI. In this role, you will act as the dedicated AI champion, bridging the bandwidth gap by practically implementing AI tooling and automating day-to-day workflows to unlock unprecedented productivity. You will partner cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Content, Brand, Sales, RevOps, and BI teams to ensure data flows, attribution, and campaign execution are seamless. The position requires establishing and maintaining data hygiene standards, lead routing logic, scoring models, and lifecycle management to support revenue goals. You will collaborate closely with the GTM Engineer to integrate custom data sources and automated enrichment tools, equipping the outbound team with actionable, high-intent account intelligence. This role is positioned as a strategic engine driving growth through data, automation, and AI-led transformation.
Key facts
What you'll do
Lead the end-to-end migration from Marketo to HubSpot, including planning, data migration, programme rebuild, Salesforce integration, QA, and team enablement.
Own marketing reporting and analysis across the funnel - from campaign performance and channel ROI through to MQL, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack, ensuring tools are well-integrated, properly governed, and delivering measurable value.
Develop and roll out the framework for AI adoption across the marketing team - identifying high-impact use cases, evaluating tools, defining processes, and enabling the team to work in new and more effective ways.
Partner with Demand Generation, Content, Brand, Sales, RevOps & BI teams to ensure data flows, attribution, and campaign execution are seamless.
Establish and maintain data hygiene standards, lead routing logic, scoring models, and lifecycle management.
Collaborate closely with the GTM Engineer (RevOps) to integrate custom data sources and automated enrichment tools into the marketing tech stack, equipping the outbound team with actionable, high-intent account intelligence and clean target lists.
Analyze funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, translating insights into actionable optimizations for campaigns and workflows.
Champion the use of automation to remove manual, repetitive tasks, freeing the team to focus on strategic initiatives and high-value creative work.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives and documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
Continuously monitor tool performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements or new solutions to support evolving marketing needs.
Act as the primary owner of the marketing data model, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and reliability across all reporting and automation touchpoints.
Requirements
Must have 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a closely related discipline within B2B SaaS.
Must have hands-on expertise with HubSpot, including direct experience of platform migration from a major legacy system.
Must possess a strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its integration with marketing automation platforms.
Must demonstrate experience building marketing dashboards, funnel reporting, and pipeline analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Must have practical experience designing and implementing AI-enabled workflows, automated applications, or AI tooling in a marketing context.
Must have a strong understanding of marketing data, lead lifecycle, and revenue attribution models to guide optimization efforts.
Must exhibit superb written and verbal English communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders across the business at all levels.
Must have a bias for action, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
