About the role
You will architect and own the end-to-end enterprise B2B marketing strategy for LearnLux, owning the full performance marketing lifecycle from pipeline generation to revenue attribution. This role demands that you drive measurable business outcomes by aligning high-impact demand generation programs with strict operational discipline and revenue accountability. You will establish and refine the marketing KPIs that directly influence pipeline quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition efficiency in a fast-growth environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated campaigns that unify brand storytelling, lifecycle marketing, and event engagement to support strategic revenue goals. You will lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution, prioritization, and continuous performance optimization. This position requires a leader who combines sharp analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to navigate new challenges and deliver consistent results. You will report directly to the CEO and operate remotely, with a strong preference for collaboration based in the New York City area.

What you'll do
- Own performance marketing strategy across paid, digital, lifecycle, and outbound channels with a primary focus on enterprise pipeline creation, CAC efficiency, conversion optimization, and measurable ROI.
- Develop and execute integrated go-to-market campaigns that strategically align brand narrative, content production, events, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing to fuel revenue growth for LearnLux.
- Establish and optimize marketing KPIs that are tightly coupled with pipeline generation, revenue performance, and long-term customer value.
- Partner closely with the Sales organization to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and end-to-end funnel efficiency through data-driven insights and collaborative planning.
- Drive continuous experimentation and optimization across acquisition, nurturing, and retention programs to maximize marketing efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee marketing automation platforms, reporting dashboards, and multi-touch attribution models to ensure accurate measurement and actionable insights.
- Own and refine campaign performance across the entire funnel, driving deep accountability for attribution, CAC efficiency, conversion rates, budget allocation, and overall marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with RevOps and Sales leadership to standardize funnel reporting, ensure operational alignment, and enable data-backed decision making.
- Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team across demand generation, content strategy, lifecycle programs, product marketing, and brand positioning.
- Elevate team accountability, operational rigor, prioritization, and execution speed to meet ambitious growth targets.
- Refine LearnLux's positioning, messaging, and value proposition for distinct target audiences in the enterprise B2B segment.
- Support product launches, sales enablement initiatives, thought leadership programs, and customer case studies to drive awareness and pipeline.
- Ensure strong marketing processes, clear prioritization frameworks, and rigorous execution discipline across all marketing initiatives.
- Stay closely involved in execution and be prepared to step in hands-on to resolve critical challenges and accelerate high-impact initiatives.
- Leverage advanced reporting and analysis to communicate impact, drive stakeholder alignment, and inform strategic pivots.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and collaborators to extend marketing capabilities.
Requirements
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
- You possess a minimum of 6 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on B2B performance marketing and enterprise demand generation.
- You have a proven track record of owning and scaling performance marketing programs that directly influence pipeline generation and revenue outcomes.
- You demonstrate advanced proficiency in marketing automation, CRM platforms, and data analytics tools essential for measuring and optimizing campaigns.
- You have extensive experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns including paid digital, content, events, and lifecycle marketing in a B2B context.
- You show a strong ability to translate business objectives into clear marketing strategies, KPIs, and actionable plans for cross-functional teams.
- You have a history of collaborating effectively with Sales, RevOps, and executive leadership to align marketing with revenue goals.
- You are highly analytical and comfortable making data-driven decisions while balancing creativity, experimentation, and rigorous measurement.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment where agility, ownership, and accountability are essential for success.
- You communicate clearly and persuasively, with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills tailored to executive and technical audiences.
