The Role
LearnLux is seeking a highly driven Consultant Relations professional to build and nurture partnerships with benefits consultants and brokers, including those at firms such as WTW, Mercer, Alliant, Gallagher, and Lockton. The ideal candidate will possess a strong professional network and exceptional communication abilities. Success in this role requires clear presentation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven capacity to develop lasting relationships. Experience within a benefits consulting environment or the SaaS Benefits sector working alongside consultants is highly valuable.
This position is structured for long-term development, with increasing opportunities to assume leadership duties and contribute to team building. The company seeks candidates who are eager to advance into people management roles or who already possess that experience. This is a remote position with a primary focus on the Eastern United States, and candidates are expected to be located in the Eastern Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and grow relationships with benefits consultants and brokers across the United States, identifying opportunities to deepen collaboration and mutual success.
- Develop a thorough understanding of LearnLux's product suite, value proposition, and strategic roadmap to effectively educate consultants on available solutions.
- Act as a central feedback channel for LearnLux teams, addressing inquiries from the consultant community regarding products, marketing, and strategy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design strategic plans and support consultant-led prospecting efforts using existing client relationships.
- Work alongside sales to advance opportunities generated by consultants and assist in sourcing new leads from client portfolios.
- Create and share best practices across the team to enhance efficiency, disseminate practical knowledge, and elevate overall performance.
- Facilitate open communication so that product and marketing teams can adapt based on consultant feedback and market needs.
- Guide proposals and reviews through structured checkpoints to ensure alignment before final commitments are made.
- Deliver enablement tools and resources that allow partners to act quickly and maintain forward momentum.
- Reinforce professional networks so that every interaction contributes to long-term mutual growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in benefits consulting or sales roles focused on consultants.
- A background in SaaS Benefits, traditional benefits consulting, or a confirming or brokerage firm.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication, intense intellectual curiosity, and a clear understanding that financial wellbeing is a core component of total employee wellbeing.
- The ability to prioritize ruthlessly while performing effectively in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- A history of consistent high achievement combined with a collaborative mindset and an entrepreneurial approach.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $130,000 USD.
