You will shape messaging in feeds, inboxes, and search results to ensure consistent positioning. You manage the end-to-end editorial workflow from initial ideation through to final publication. You write sharp, human-centric content that translates complex human resources concepts into clear guidance for German teams. This position blends strategic thinking, data analysis, and meticulous craft to establish Leapsome as the authoritative HR reference in German-speaking regions. You act as the central content owner responsible for building awareness, driving engagement, and supporting pipeline generation. You will work closely with global and local stakeholders to ensure every piece of content aligns with business objectives. You are accountable for the quality, consistency, and impact of all German-language materials.

What you'll do
You lead the editorial strategy and execution for the German market at Leapsome. You own the complete content lifecycle including planning, brief creation, review cycles, and final publishing. You craft compelling narratives in German that clearly explain HR technology and demonstrate Leapsome's value. You create and adapt high-quality content across diverse formats and channels. These formats include long-form articles, landing page copy, email marketing sequences, social media posts, webinar scripts, and product positioning materials. You ensure every asset authentically represents Leapsome while resonating with the specific cultural context of German-speaking audiences. You apply deep cultural fluency and rigorous editorial judgment to every piece you produce.
You build and maintain a scalable, data-informed content engine that supports growth objectives. You define content strategy, cadence, and structural frameworks that allow quality to scale alongside volume. You develop reusable workflows, templates, and detailed briefs that keep the production process efficient. You own search and engagement optimization for German-language content to maximize organic reach. You lead initiatives that grow visibility in German-speaking markets using technical search engine optimization best practices. You closely monitor how artificial intelligence and search evolve to identify new opportunities. You focus on scaling visibility without compromising accuracy, depth, or brand integrity.
You champion the strategic use of artificial intelligence to accelerate localization and content production. You drive the adoption of AI tools and workflows across the content team to increase efficiency. You implement these technologies while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy. You test new artificial intelligence applications, document successful methods, and refine processes based on results. You share learnings to elevate the capabilities of the entire team. Requirements
You bring a minimum of five years of professional experience in German content marketing or related fields. You preferably have hands-on experience working within B2B SaaS or HRTech industry settings. You have a proven track record of delivering results across awareness, engagement, and acquisition metrics. You can demonstrate how your content contributed to business outcomes.
You possess native-level or bilingual proficiency in German with excellent editorial instincts. You have a strong command of language and style across multiple written formats. Your written English skills are strong enough to enable confident internal collaboration with global teams. You communicate effectively in writing and understand nuanced feedback.
You are deeply fluent in content strategy principles and search engine optimization methodologies. You are intensely curious about how artificial intelligence is reshaping content creation and discovery methods. You actively evolve your approach and techniques as the technological landscape changes. You stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Practical notes

The compensation for this position is fixed at sixty-five thousand euros per year.
