Account Executive (SMB) (d/f/m)
Job description
About the role
Leapsome is actively seeking an Account Executive (SMB) to join its Berlin team and own the end-to-end sales cycle for small and medium-sized business customers. You will operate with complete ownership and autonomy over the most critical steps of the sales motion, from initial prospecting and social selling through to negotiation and final contract closure. This includes managing the legal, data, and security aspects of transactions independently. You will utilize opportunity management methodologies, applying frameworks such as MEDDPICC to qualify and advance complex deals. A core part of this role involves building deep stakeholder relationships and maintaining sophisticated pipeline and CRM data hygiene to ensure accurate forecasting. You will be responsible for producing reliable forecasts that include probabilities, deal size, timelines, and priority levels. Furthermore, you will nurture previously postponed or lost leads, continuously refining your approach based on market feedback. As a product and industry expert, you will sustain the consultative selling skills necessary to advise customers effectively. You will also engage in temporary, cross-functional assignments such as OKR initiatives that support broader company goals.
