About the role
The owns the end to end activation of new and existing partnerships to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance within member journeys and external platforms. This position serves as the primary liaison between Leap's expanding portfolio of partnerships and the internal teams that enable the business, coordinating efforts to embed Leap into diverse commercial ecosystems. The role is responsible for driving partner readiness, aligning commercial objectives, and removing operational friction so that partners can fully leverage Leap's capabilities. You will translate partnership agreements into actionable workflows, monitor execution against commitments, and refine processes based on performance feedback. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset and the ability to synthesize complex requirements into clear, implementable solutions. You will own the narrative of the partnership from activation through ongoing optimization, ensuring that every engagement moves the needle on utilization, retention, and growth.

What you'll do
Orchestrate the activation of new partnerships by mapping member journeys and integrating Leap offerings into partner platforms and workflows.
Lead the development of partner specific onboarding materials, playbooks, and training resources to ensure consistent and accurate implementation.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success to align partner strategies with quota carrying activities and commercial targets.
Define and manage key performance indicators for each partnership, tracking utilization, pipeline influence, and revenue impact through structured reporting.
Partner with integrations and technical teams to resolve workflow, data, and reporting complexities that arise during live engagements.
Analyze partnership performance data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend iterative improvements to enhance outcomes and partner satisfaction.
Coordinate demos and discovery sessions with partner stakeholders, articulating how Leap embeds into existing benefit and specialty pharmacy ecosystems.
Own the qualification and prioritization of partnership opportunities, ensuring resources are focused on the highest value engagements.
Support enterprise sales teams by providing partner context, account insights, and competitive intelligence during critical deal stages.
Drive continuous improvement by documenting best practices, updating playbooks, and sharing learnings across the partnerships organization.
Implement tracking mechanisms for partner adoption, measuring success against KPIs and adjusting activation tactics as needed.
Facilitate cross functional reviews of partnership initiatives, aligning product roadmap input and operational changes with observed market needs.
Leverage data visualization and narrative reporting to communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and partner contacts.
Act as the central point for partner escalations, coordinating resolutions across legal, finance, and technical domains to maintain relationship integrity.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree is required; The role requires 4-6+ years of experience in partnerships, consultant relations, or strategic account management within healthcare, digital health, or employer benefits.
You must possess 6 or more years of cumulative professional experience, demonstrating a consistent track record in demanding, results oriented environments.
Commercial acumen is essential, with the ability to connect partnership activities to pipeline creation, utilization trends, and measurable business growth.
You must be comfortable operating in a fast paced, ambiguous environment where priorities shift and data informs rapid decision making.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to represent Leap professionally to C level stakeholders and technical partners.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing urgent partner needs with strategic initiatives and team priorities.
A meticulous approach to documentation, process adherence, and KPI tracking is required to maintain clarity and alignment across teams.
