Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 5 years in refurbishment or maintenance projects within the energy sector.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale refurbishment projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards relevant to energy refurbishment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
