Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role within the energy sector.
• Strong understanding of technical procedures and regulatory compliance in the energy industry.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing operational protocols and procedures.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to lead training sessions and workshops effectively.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in the energy sector.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
