What you'll do

Designing scalable features for web and mobile while coordinating closely with design and product teams.

Championing code review practices that enforce clarity, correctness, and high quality across every pull request.

Scanning the ecosystem for new tools and frameworks, then documenting findings for team adoption.

Refining communication flows so engineers, stakeholders, and clients share information efficiently and without ambiguity.

Orchestrating deployment pipelines to move validated changes smoothly from staging into production environments.

Establishing testing strategies that validate behavior and prevent regressions before users encounter issues.

Partnering with internal groups to align roadmaps, clarify requirements, and resolve dependencies quickly.

Maintaining architectural awareness to ensure new code integrates cleanly with existing services and data models.

Conducting detailed code analysis to identify risks, edge cases, and performance bottlenecks before release.

Translating ambiguous requirements into concrete tasks while managing priorities under changing conditions.

Implementing robust logging and monitoring practices to support fast diagnosis in production systems.

Writing and updating technical documentation to keep implementation details aligned with business intent.

Supporting on call responsibilities to address incidents and contribute to continuous reliability improvements.

Mentoring junior engineers through pair programming, feedback, and constructive code discussion.

Requirements

You must understand core web standards such as HTTP, the DOM, and security fundamentals deeply.

You need strong command of data structures, algorithms, and programming principles that last across tech stacks.

You should grasp end to end request lifecycles in web applications from client to server.

You require a proactive mindset that seeks ownership and follows through on assigned tasks.

You must hold one relevant degree such as B.Tech Computer Science or equivalent qualification.

You need excellent interpersonal abilities to collaborate daily with multidisciplinary teammates.

You should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

You must be able to communicate clearly in English both in writing and during discussions.

Nice to have

If your focus is on web applications, experience with JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, or Java is valuable.

If your focus is on mobile applications, experience with iOS development in Swift or Objective-C, and Android development in Kotlin or Java is valuable.
