About the role
You will be the foundational leader responsible for establishing the Knix standard of care and service within the Mapleview Shopping Centre location. This role requires you to own the full customer journey from entry to exit, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand promise of comfort and freedom. You will mentor and guide new team members, shaping their understanding of our culture and operational expectations from the very first day. Your daily focus will involve translating product knowledge into confident recommendations that help guests feel supported and informed. You will own the performance of your section, using data and observation to drive improvements in sales and guest satisfaction. This position grants you the authority to identify opportunities and implement solutions that enhance the in-store experience immediately. You are expected to act as the primary brand ambassador for Knix within the Burlington market, building trust and loyalty with the community. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to create a welcoming environment where guests feel empowered to live unapologetically free.

What you'll do
You will greet every guest with a warm and professional demeanor, setting the tone for a positive and memorable visit to the store. Your duties will include organizing and straightening the sales floor, ensuring that products are easy to find and presented according to visual guidelines. You will act as a product specialist, explaining the fit, function, and care of each item to guests in clear and relatable terms. Collaboration will be a core part of your day, as you share updates with your team regarding stock levels, customer requests, and trending preferences. You will manage your physical stamina and pace to remain attentive and energetic throughout all shifts, regardless of their duration. Your responsibilities will extend to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the fitting rooms and surrounding areas at all times. You will observe and analyze customer behavior to determine which approaches result in the strongest connections and sales. also, you will document any damages, discrepancies, or technical issues so they can be addressed by the appropriate departments without delay. You will support the execution of marketing events and in-store activations to maximize awareness and engagement in the community. Finally, you will close out shifts by reconciling your section, ensuring all tasks are completed and ready for the next team.
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must be able to commute reliably to the Burlington location for every scheduled shift without exception. You are expected to commit to a consistent schedule of thirty to thirty-five hours per week, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings as required by business needs. The role demands the physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods while maintaining a professional appearance. You must possess the confidence and skill necessary to navigate digital point-of-sale systems and basic troubleshooting when they arise. Fluency in English is mandatory to communicate effectively with guests, leadership, and your coworkers on a daily basis. You are required to follow all company standards regarding personal presentation, workplace conduct, and the careful handling of merchandise. A strong sense of accountability for your tasks and the outcomes of your section is essential for success in this role. You must be prepared to adapt to changing priorities and feedback while maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude at all times.
