About the role

You will own the preparation and delivery of high quality lesson plans that align precisely with the Key Realty curriculum and learning objectives. You will translate complex real estate concepts into clear, engaging explanations that help students grasp difficult topics during live sessions. You will foster an interactive classroom environment where student questions are welcomed and discussions are used to reinforce core principles. You will collaborate closely with other Key Realty instructors and internal teams to share best practices and improve course materials over time. You will monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback that supports their progress and success in the course. What you'll do

Design and deliver engaging in person and online lessons that cover the required pre licensing content for Key Realty students.

Adapt instructional methods on the fly to meet the diverse needs of students, using examples and scenarios that resonate with a real estate audience.

Utilize course materials and provided resources to build structured lesson segments that maintain clarity and logical flow.

Facilitate live class discussions that encourage participation and help students connect theoretical concepts to practical situations.

Monitor student comprehension during sessions, adjusting your pace and examples to address areas where clarification is needed.

Provide timely, actionable feedback on assignments and assessments to support student learning and improvement.

Track attendance and participation meticulously, maintaining accurate records as required by Colibri policies and procedures.

Coordinate with course coordinators to understand class schedules, session lengths, and any specific topics that require emphasis.

Ensure that all instructional activities comply with Colibri's standards for professionalism, accessibility, and learner engagement.

Promote a respectful and inclusive learning atmosphere where every student feels comfortable asking questions and sharing insights.

Requirements

You must be a current resident of Las Vegas, NV, or be willing to relocate to this area to fulfill the role.

You must possess a reliable high speed internet connection and a suitable device capable of delivering online instruction smoothly.

You must have previous experience facilitating instruction in a live, virtual environment or in person with adult learners.

You must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely.

You must be comfortable using common digital tools such as video conferencing platforms, learning management systems, and presentation software.

You must pass a background check and meet Colibri's standards for working with adult learners in a professional setting.

You must commit to upholding Colibri's culture values of Love, Joy, Boldness, Teamwork, and Curiosity in your teaching.

You must be available to teach during mornings, evenings, and weekend time slots as class schedules require.

Nice to have

Experience in the real estate industry or familiarity with real estate terminology and concepts.

Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.

A history of receiving positive feedback from learners regarding clarity, engagement, and support.

Practical notes

This is a part time position with an estimated time commitment of 6-20 hours per week.

Classes are scheduled in the mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the length of each class is dictated based on the number of required hours.

The instructor is paid an hourly rate based on the number of hours in the class.

You must be available to teach during mornings, evenings, and weekend time slots as class schedules require.
