What you'll do

• Design and develop electrical systems and components for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and increase operational efficiency within the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within a consulting or design environment.
• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations relevant to the industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and capable of managing individual tasks.
• Familiarity with project management principles and practices is a plus.
• Valid professional engineering license (PE) is preferred but not mandatory.
