Sales Assistant - Bury 8h/week

JYSK in the UK is seeking a Sales Assistant to join the team in Bury. This role focuses on driving sales and owning daily store outcomes in a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will use outgoing people skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The position requires flexibility to handle variation in tasks and availability, including weekends. You will be responsible for generating sales while maintaining high standards in the store. What you will do

• You are responsible for sales in store: you offer our customers top service with a smile!
• Ensure a store that is 100% clean and well filled with our products.
• You will assist in receiving, unpacking and putting away the goods, both in the warehouse and in the store so you are not put off by physical work.
• Have the exciting opportunity to get the responsibility of your own area in the store.
• Support checkout operations and customer requests to create smooth journeys for every visitor.
• Champion product knowledge to help customers choose faster and with more confidence.
• Build relationships with partners outside the store to strengthen external relationships.
• Protect data and procedures to keep everything secure and trustworthy for the business.
