About the role
The hire will own the full sales cycle for new and existing customers, driving growth and adoption of Junction's healthcare data infrastructure. They will partner closely with the SDR team to generate and manage a high-quality pipeline that fuels sustainable revenue. This role requires a consultative approach to uncover customer pain points and align Junction's platform with strategic outcomes. The hire will navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments to secure enterprise and SMB deals that demonstrate clear value. They will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring every interaction reinforces ethical selling and long-term partnership. The position demands resilience and ownership to turn objections into opportunities and insights into action. Ultimately, the hire will translate product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate across clinical and executive stakeholders.

What you'll do
Generate and manage pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and creative sourcing, partnering with the SDR team.
Run high-quality discovery calls to deeply understand customer problems and align Junction's solution.
Drive complex multi-stakeholder deals to close across enterprise teams in healthcare.
Handle objections with resilience and empathy, always focused on ethical selling and long-term relationships.
Negotiate terms and structure deals that create value for both Junction and our customers.
Partner closely with product and customer success to make handoffs smooth and customer value delivery.
Own monthly and quarterly forecasting, pipeline reviews, and quota attainment against ARR targets.
Leverage data and call analytics to refine sales approaches and improve conversion rates over time.
Act as the primary Junction contact for key accounts, coordinating cross-functional support as needed.
Champion product feedback to leadership, highlighting gaps and opportunities in the healthcare data ecosystem.
Maintain a disciplined CRM and sales documentation to ensure transparency and enable team collaboration.
Represent Junction at industry events, webinars, and virtual meetings when appropriate.
Collaborate with finance to validate contract terms and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Support the creation of sales playbooks and training materials for newer team members.
Contribute to strategic planning by sharing insights on competitor activity and market trends.
Requirements
You have 3+ years of experience selling to SMBs and enterprise customers in a quota-carrying role.
You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
You are based in the New York City Metro area and able to work in GMT or EST timezones.
You have a proven track record of building and managing sales pipelines from scratch.
You demonstrate comfort with consultative, ethical selling in complex B2B environments.
You can clearly articulate the value of a technical platform to non-technical stakeholders.
You are fluent in using sales tools, CRMs, and data dashboards to track progress and outcomes.
You show resilience in navigating objections and turning challenging conversations into forward motion.
You are legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship at this time.
You are passionate about healthcare and motivated by the opportunity to impact patient outcomes through data.
You communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and verbal.
You take full ownership of your bookings and results, even in ambiguous and fast-moving situations.
You collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, including product, success, and finance.

Hours: Standard business hours with flexibility for early morning or late evening calls.

Work
location: Remote with two days per week in a New York City metro co-working space for the first three months, then fully remote.
