About the role
You are an operations-minded problem solver who owns complex workflows and ensures that at-home testing programs run smoothly from launch through ongoing operations. You will coordinate directly with customers, laboratories, fulfillment partners, and internal teams to remove blockers and drive execution. You own the end-to-end reliability of test kit programs, tracking performance metrics and maintaining clear visibility into program health. You will investigate issues at their root cause and implement process improvements that scale as programs grow. You build strong working relationships and document workflows so that operational knowledge is shared and repeatable. You thrive in a fast-moving healthcare environment where data, collaboration, and ownership are essential to delivering a seamless testing experience.

What you'll do
- Own the operational execution of new customer test kit launches, ensuring milestones are tracked, dependencies are managed, and programs are ready for successful go-live.
- Coordinate directly with customers to manage launch activities, follow up on open items, and ensure operational requirements are completed on time.
- Partner with laboratory providers, fulfillment partners, and internal teams to coordinate workflows and keep launches moving.
- Own post-launch monitoring of test kit programs, tracking operational performance and identifying opportunities or issues early.
- Monitor key metrics across inventory availability, fulfillment accuracy, shipping timelines, sample processing, turnaround times, and customer experience.
- Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and work with laboratory and 3PL partners to drive resolution.
- Maintain operational dashboards, trackers, and reporting to provide visibility into program health and performance.
- Identify recurring issues and help implement process improvements.
- Build strong working relationships with customers, laboratory partners, and fulfillment providers.
- Document workflows, processes, and best practices.
Requirements
- Operations experience: 3+ years in operations, healthcare operations, logistics, supply chain, customer operations, implementation, or similar.
- Ownership mindset: drives things to the finish line without needing constant direction.
- Launch and project execution: coordinating launches, implementations, or operational programs.
- Problem solving: digs into root causes and coordinates the right people to resolve.
- Cross-functional communication: comfortable with customers, labs, fulfillment, and internal teams.
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and metrics.
- Process improvement: has improved workflows, documentation, or systems before.
- Healthcare interest: healthcare/diagnostics/lab ops/at-home testing experience a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience with labs, diagnostics, or healthcare operations.
- Experience supporting at-home testing or medical device programs.
- Experience with 3PL providers.
- Experience managing customer implementations or launches.
- Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, or similar.

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000.
