What you'll do
- Design and implement water resource management systems to ensure efficient use and conservation of water resources.
- Conduct hydrological modeling and analysis to assess water flow and availability in various environments.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and community organizations.

- Monitor and analyze water quality data to ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulations.
- Participate in field surveys and site assessments to gather data necessary for project planning and execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in water resources engineering or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in hydrological modeling software such as HEC-HMS, SWMM, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of water quality regulations and environmental compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with AutoCAD and GIS software for design and mapping purposes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green infrastructure solutions.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and public outreach related to water resource projects.
