What you'll do

• Design and implement water resource management systems to ensure efficient use and conservation of water resources.
• Conduct hydrological modeling and analysis to assess water flow and availability in various environments.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and community organizations.

• Participate in field surveys and site assessments to gather data necessary for project planning and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in water resources engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in hydrological modeling software such as HEC-HMS, SWMM, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of water quality regulations and environmental compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with AutoCAD and GIS software for design and mapping purposes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green infrastructure solutions.
