This position operates in Oakhurst, New Jersey, on a part-time basis. The compensation rate is thirty-seven dollars per hour.
Responsibilities of this role include crafting a single, cohesive 50-minute sequence that seamlessly blends strength training, endurance work, and Pilates principles. Instructors are responsible for establishing a powerful and purposeful tempo that maintains high energy. This is achieved while guiding individuals with varying fitness levels through challenging yet accessible movements.
A core part of the position involves active observation and real-time adjustment. Instructors must scan the room and provide immediate, clear form cues and intelligent variations. This ensures safety and effectiveness for every participant. Instructors are tasked with welcoming both first-time visitors and established members.
