What you'll do

• Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring that all activities align with project timelines and objectives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices, particularly in residential and commercial building projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes applicable to the Virgin Islands.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Nice to have

• A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
