Recruiting Coordinator, New Grad

IXL Learning is on the lookout for a meticulous and organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts. You will work in close partnership with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and various departments to attract and secure top talent that aligns with our mission and values.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Work collaboratively with the recruiting team to identify and fulfill hiring needs across various departments.
• Organize and manage onsite interviews for candidates visiting our office, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Efficiently schedule a high volume of candidate interviews while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of IXL Learning to effectively address candidates' questions regarding our products, job opportunities, and workplace culture.
• Oversee the candidate journey throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience from application through to hiring.
• Keep candidate records up-to-date and organized within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Respond promptly to candidate inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a positive communication experience.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to refine and improve our recruitment strategies.
• Provide general assistance to the recruiting team by participating in various projects as required.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is a must-have for this position.
• Previous experience in a recruiting coordinator, HR coordinator, or administrative support role is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in time management, prioritization, and organization are essential.
• A self-starter with a drive to exceed expectations and deliver results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building relationships with stakeholders and team members.
• Exceptional attention to detail is crucial for success in this role.
• Familiarity with an ATS (preferably Greenhouse) and G Suite applications is a plus.
• A genuine interest in the fields of education and technology will be advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Greenhouse, is preferred.
• Proficiency in G Suite applications such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.
• Previous exposure to the education technology sector is a bonus.

Practical notes

The hourly wage for this full-time position ranges from $25 to $31, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. Salary ranges are determined by factors such as role, level, and geographical location, with individual compensation influenced by relevant skills, experience, and educational background.
