The is responsible for architecting the visual language of a high-growth AI security and IT platform that consolidates identity and access management, endpoint security, and compliance automation. You will own the execution of brand identity across every user surface, ensuring a consistent and modern aesthetic that reflects the company's position as a leader in the cybersecurity space. This role is tailored for a designer who is early in their career but brings a strong personal point of view and an unwavering commitment to excellence in visual storytelling. You will work in close partnership with a Senior Visual Designer, using daily collaboration as a catalyst for rapid skill development and creative refinement. The position requires balancing the discipline of following detailed briefs with the confidence to contribute original ideas that push the standard of quality. Your work will directly influence customer perception and trust, as you craft experiences that feel uniquely Iru and deliberately modern. What you'll do
- Translate complex marketing briefs into clean, modern aesthetics that define the Iru brand across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Craft visual narratives for the website, digital advertisements, social channels, email campaigns, and PDF documents to ensure brand consistency.
- Design and refine brand assets for events and social content, ensuring every deliverable aligns with the company's growth narrative.
- Partner with marketing leadership to revise email templates and PDF layouts, focusing on customer engagement and retention outcomes.
- Execute high-quality visual assets that go live on websites and digital campaigns, supporting ongoing company initiatives.
- Coordinate daily with leadership and the Senior Visual Designer to iterate concepts and meet aggressive campaign deadlines.
- Develop a strong point of view as an early-career designer, thriving within a fast-moving, evolving brand environment.
- Ship final design assets directly to campaigns, working efficiently to support rapid deployment and market responsiveness.
- Provide finished materials to external partners, ensuring they reflect the premium, modern aesthetic of the Iru brand.
- Refine event materials and social content to align with active company campaigns and strategic messaging goals.
- Optimize layouts for digital and print formats, maintaining a clean aesthetic that supports clarity and user comprehension.
- Contribute to the long-term vision of the brand studio by participating in feedback sessions and skill-building initiatives.
- Ensure every surface and touchpoint receives a meticulous, clean modern treatment that reinforces trust and authority.
- Support the creation of materials for Cursor, Vercel, Lovable, Replit, and Mercor, reflecting the platform's impact on leading tech companies.
- Maintain a fast execution pace within a moving team environment, balancing quality with the demands of a growth-stage startup.
- Prepare design assets that integrate seamlessly with the work of ServiceNow and AWS partners, adhering to enterprise standards.
Requirements
You must work onsite in the Coral Gables office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, a requirement that applies when the role transitions to full time. You should possess the discipline to manage multiple touchpoints, including web interfaces, events, social channels, and email communications.
