What you'll do
Architect and maintain the core infrastructure for identity and endpoint management using Windows-based technologies and automation frameworks.
Design and implement scalable tooling for software creation, packaging, and endpoint configuration that integrates seamlessly with cloud and on-premises environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to translate business requirements into secure, reliable, and efficient technical workflows.
Develop and refine automation-driven workflows that reduce manual overhead and accelerate the deployment of secure applications and devices.
Partner with security and compliance stakeholders to embed governance, auditability, and regulatory alignment into all system designs.
Leverage programming skills to build custom solutions that address complex problems in identity, access, and endpoint management.
Work with industry-leading platforms such as ServiceNow and AWS to extend capabilities and ensure best-in-class integration outcomes.
Optimize existing toolsets to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability for large-scale enterprise deployments.
Serve as a technical leader and mentor, guiding best practices in Windows device management, automation, and secure software delivery.

Requirements
Demonstrate advanced fluency in Windows device management, including configuration, deployment, and ongoing administration at scale.
Possess strong programming abilities that enable you to build, debug, and maintain complex automation workflows and tooling.
Have proven experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver secure and reliable technical solutions.
Show a deep understanding of identity and access management concepts as they apply to modern, cloud-native environments.
Exhibit the ability to design and implement systems that meet enterprise-grade standards for security, compliance, and auditability.
Bring experience working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and integration frameworks such as ServiceNow.
