About the role
Iq Eq is a global provider of integrated trust and corporate services, and the HR Operations Officer will play a central role in supporting the company's human resources functions across its Hyderabad office. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR administrative tasks, ensuring employee data accuracy, and maintaining compliance with local labor regulations. The officer will work closely with the HR team to streamline internal processes and support the overall employee experience. What you'll do
Manage employee records and ensure all personnel files are up to date and properly organized for easy retrieval.
Coordinate the full onboarding process for new hires, including documentation preparation and orientation scheduling.
Support offboarding activities such as conducting exit interviews, managing asset recovery, and revoking system access.
Assist with monthly payroll preparation by carefully verifying attendance records and leave balances.
Maintain strict compliance with Indian labor laws and all company HR policies and procedures.
Generate detailed HR reports and dashboards for management review and strategic decision-making.
Handle employee inquiries related to benefits enrollment, leave balances, and company policies promptly.
Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interview schedules, managing candidate communications, and tracking applications.
Assist in organizing training sessions and employee professional development programs across departments.
Ensure data privacy and strict confidentiality of all employee-related information at all times.
Monitor and update HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations or company needs.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reimbursement processing and expense management.
Prepare and submit statutory filings and regulatory reports as required by local authorities.
Participate in quarterly HR audits and ensure all documentation meets internal and external standards.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this position.
At least two years of hands-on experience in HR operations or a comparable administrative role.
Strong working knowledge of Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory compliance requirements is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, for daily administrative tasks and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for effective coordination and documentation.
The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and consistently meet established deadlines in a dynamic environment.
A high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining accurate personnel records.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a team setting.
