What you'll do
- Execute the end-to-end management of client fund operations and compliance procedures, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards.
- Conduct comprehensive KYC and AML reviews to verify the accuracy and completeness of all client documentation before dissemination.
- Oversee the full client account opening and onboarding process, removing barriers to productivity and optimizing day-to-day workflows.
- Provide executive-level administrative support by synthesizing complex data into compelling marketing content and business documentation.
- Ensure the timely distribution of finalized materials to both external clients and internal departments with meticulous attention to accuracy.
- Manage the preparation of regulatory reports, maintaining meticulous records that meet the rigorous requirements of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).
- Review all documentation for completeness and structural integrity prior to release to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of strategic growth plans by analyzing business operations and identifying actionable intelligence.
- Act as a key partner in client acquisition and retention efforts through the delivery of high-quality proposals and business narratives.
- Safeguard the integrity of operational data by maintaining a keen eye for irregularities and ensuring compliance with internal governance standards.
- Optimize workflows for investment and operations professionals to remove productivity barriers and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as finance or accounting.
- Must have a foundational understanding of asset management principles, including fund structures and valuation methodologies.
- Must demonstrate a high degree of maturity and self-motivation to manage complex, high-stakes tasks independently.
- Must exhibit a strong sense of operational risk awareness and the ability to identify data irregularities.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English to ensure clear communication.
- Must be able to operate effectively within a framework governed by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) requirements.
- Must maintain strict adherence to internal governance standards and regulatory compliance protocols.

- This is a full-time position based at our office in Admiralty, Hong Kong.
