About the role
Administrator
Two distinct opportunities exist for this position. One option allows full remote work within the United Kingdom. The second option is based on the Isle of Man.
We seek a proactive and organised Administrator to join our Trust Services team. In this capacity, you will manage the administration of a diverse portfolio of international private clients. Your work will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of trust administration services. You will operate alongside experienced professionals. This environment allows you to build strong client relationships and maintain high service standards. You will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the team. Simultaneously, you will develop your technical knowledge and expertise.
What You'll Do
- You will administer a portfolio of trust and private client entities. You will ensure all client deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. You will deliver a consistently high standard of client service.
- You will maintain precise client records. You will prepare necessary documentation. You will ensure all activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- You will collaborate with colleagues. You will support day-to-day trust administration. You will identify process improvements. You will contribute to operational efficiency.
- You will develop technical knowledge through ongoing learning. You will support senior team members with client projects and administrative activities.
