The Data and IA practice includes seventy-five consultants, ten of whom specialize in artificial intelligence. The team maintains strong momentum in generative AI, large language models, and MLOps. It conducts framing, ideation, and delivery projects for major accounts and innovative clients.
Your Missions
You will identify high-potential artificial intelligence use cases derived from operational pain points and business needs. You will evaluate technical feasibility and business value for proposed solutions. You will design and pilot proof of concepts to test hypotheses, whether classical or generative. You will collaborate with product owners, UX designers, data stewards, and architects. You will apply an AI by design approach across the product lifecycle. You will participate in scoping workshops to surface requirements and opportunities. You will contribute to regulatory compliance, such as the European AI Act. You will structure an AI backlog to retain insights from unused use cases.
Required Technical Skills
You demonstrate solid fundamentals in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. You command at least one framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face. You understand large language models, fine tuning, retrieval augmented generation, and alignment methods. You design proof of concept work using rigorous experimentation and data structuring. You possess knowledge of data and AI architecture, artificial intelligence pipelines, and MLOps. You are comfortable with major public clouds, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Required Personal and Relational Qualities
You practice consultant behaviors, including listening, teaching, and enabling non-technical stakeholders. Compensation Range
The annual salary ranges from 45000 to 55000 euros.
