Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the software or technology sector.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented, ensuring both the big picture and minute details are addressed.
• A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for understanding user needs and translating them into product features.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

• Experience in the CRM or SaaS industry, with a deep understanding of customer relationship management principles.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.

Skills & tools

• Proficiency in product management software and tools, including but not limited to Jira, Confluence, and Aha!
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience leading Agile teams.
• Familiarity with user research methods and tools, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Ability to create wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to various audiences.
