What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
• Develop detailed business cases, including cost-benefit analyses, to support decision-making and prioritize initiatives.
• Create and maintain process maps, workflows, and documentation to facilitate communication and understanding among team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably within a technology-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools, such as SWOT analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or related credentials.
• Experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
