- Define the strategic vision and roadmap for multiple product lines distributed across online, mobile, social, and retail channels, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling.
- Design and optimize operational workflows that connect intake to build to review to ship, eliminating bottlenecks and enhancing efficiency for cross-functional partners.
- Orchestrate cross-functional coordination among design, engineering, marketing, and retail teams to synchronize strategy, creation, and launch activities seamlessly.
- Champion data-informed decisions for brands like L'ange and OFIR, balancing experimentation with quality standards to meet market expectations and deadlines.
- Direct roadmap priorities by evaluating performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous refinement of product suites and customer experience.
- Guide portfolio decisions that balance growth initiatives, profitability targets, and operational feasibility to maximize long-term value.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to ensure product strategies align with company objectives, driving cohesive execution of the long-term vision.

Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in product development within the beauty sector, demonstrating a clear understanding of the industry landscape.
